    "content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. Kenya is a very important country in the international system. That is why we must comply with international standards. Secondly, the importance of athletes and sports cannot be gainsaid in Kenya. Finally, there is no shortcut for Kenya to participate in any sports internationally. That is why this Bill is very important. I support it."
