    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to respond to the point of order raised by Hon. Jakoyo. Hon. Jakoyo and his team have been very busy around University Way. A few issues needed to be done for them to get money in their accounts. One of those is to properly constitute the constituency committee by electing officials, namely, the Chairman and the signatories to the accounts. I wish they could do it by next Monday. If they would postpone their demonstrations, so that they can be in their constituencies to do the same, they can get the money. I am informed that they have postponed their demonstrations."
