Those committees whose nominees were gazetted need to elect officials and signatories to the accounts and communicate that to the CDF Board. I am aware that the CDF Board has adequate resources and funds. The National Treasury has done a wonderful job. As at today, out of the Kshs35 billion allocated to the CDF this financial year, Kshs32 billion has been dispersed to the CDF Board. It can only be a problem in a specific constituency."
