    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I agree with the hon. Member. But I wish to inform him that we are talking of a big fleet of vehicles. Those are the companies that can lease fleets; a high number of vehicles to the Government. But, maybe, at another level, that is a matter that we could consider. However, allow me also to indicate that the Government will only consider those who have applied. An advertisement was put forth for Kenyans from across the country to express their interest. Only 15 firms have expressed their interest and they have already been evaluated positively. It is up to us leaders to encourage young and upcoming business people to respond to Government business because, indeed, it is a lucrative way of earning money."
