It is on a sad note that I announce to the House the demise of Hon. Peter Soita Shitanda, EGH. The late Hon. Soita Shitanda is a former Member for Malava Constituency. He passed on, on Tuesday 24th May 2016 while undergoing treatment at the Nairobi Hospital."
