    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to join my colleagues in sending my condolences to the family and friends of the late Hon. Soita Shitanda. I served with him in the 9th and 10th Parliaments. He was one of the most humorous Members of this House who turned every serious thing into an interesting one. You would really enjoy yourself if you had the opportunity to travel with Hon. Shitanda. I really want to pray for his family, the people of Malava and those who have immensely benefitted from the great work he did here as a legislator. Mine is to tell my colleagues that it is one thing to serve in this House, but it is another thing to have something for which you can be remembered for. Hon. Shitanda was the “sugar” guy. In fact, the last time I saw him when he was unwell I told him: “You fought the sugar wars so much until you got diabetes”. I am really sad for the loss and I wish his family the best."
