In the interest of representation, let me give an opportunity to the Deputy Whip of the Majority Party, Hon. Benjamin Washiali, to give his condolences. As we move towards the tail-end of this Parliament, there may be need for us to consider including in the Order Paper a place for tributes, so that when we have issues about which any Member feels that they need to make some comments or pay tribute, we have a structured way to do it.
