    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the issue of âshuttle diplomacyâ is an issue of trying to protect the six Kenyans on the Ocampo list. I want His Excellency the Vice- President and Minister for Home Affairs to clarify some issues. He mentioned very important issues about Kenyaâs sovereignty. He said that we have had Independence for the last 47 years. However, we also have 13 Kenyans who have been renditioned to Uganda. What about those 13 Kenyans? Are they not as important as those six Kenyans on the Ocampo list? What is the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs doing to make sure that those Kenyans come back, and that if they are to be charged, they are charged in Kenya?"
