    "content": "VISITING DELEGATION OF PARTICIPANTS IN THE 9-WEEK LEGISLATIVE DRAFTING COURSE Hon. Senators, I would like to acknowledge the presence in the Speaker’s Gallery this afternoon of visiting participants of the 9-week Legislative Drafting Course. They are part of the training that was organized by the Kenya School of Law, in collaboration with the Commonwealth, for the last nine weeks and is in its final week. I request each participant to stand when called out, so that they may be acknowledged in the usual Senate tradition. They are:- 1. Mr. Isaac Kuloba - Principal Lecturer, Kenya School of Law 2.
