    "content": "legislation so that they do not appear to be missing their hard earned titles because somebody somewhere feels they have cheated. That is why we need to pass this kind of legislation so that our athletes who have developed their skills as their means of livelihood cannot be stopped from competing in the main event, being the Olympics in Rio De Janeiro as well as leagues such as Diamond leagues where they compete and earn their money the hard way. Madam Deputy Speaker, I support the Bill and also raise the same issue that was raised by the Senate Minority Leader on the practicality of the law. When you have a tribunal which also serves as an appeal tribunal over its own decision, then I do not think we are creating laws which will serve our athletes. If they feel aggrieved by the decision of a tribunal, then we must put in place laws which will enable them have justice instead of being submitted to the same individuals who convicted them in the first place. I support the Bill. I hope this time, we will get it right and that the WADA will accept whatever laws we have passed."
