    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have two Statements to request. Pursuant to Standing Orders No. 45(2)(b), I rise to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Health regarding increased cases or Pneumonia and the resultant mortality especially of children under five years and the elderly. In the Statement, the Chairman should:- 1. Explain intervention measures put in place by the Ministry of Health to reduce the high prevalence of the disease in the county. 2. State when the Ministry of Health will conduct a countrywide vaccination exercise against the disease. 3. Explain why the Ministry has not invested in information dissemination on preventive and curative measures as a mitigation measure against the disease as is the case with other diseases such as Malaria and Polio."
