    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.45(2) (b) to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Education regarding the funding of low cost public boarding primary schools. In the Statement, the Chairperson should; a) state whether he is aware that all low cost public primary schools in both West Pokot and Turkana counties are now closing down because no funds were released to them for the current term; b) table the list of all low cost public primary schools per county; and, c) state what measures the Ministry will take to address the problem and when."
