"content": " Thank you so much. Then I must congratulate you for agreeing with me. That is the same issue that Mr. Njuguna raised on this matter. The P5, as they are commonly referred to, are the United States of America (USA), the United Kingdom (UK), Russia, China and France. We all know that each of them has a veto. I can tell you that the UK is a member of the ICC. That is why I disagree with Dr. Khalwale, that this is a waste of public funds. It is not. The figures that I have given have actually shown that we have been very moderate in our expenditure. We will even cut down on the number of people who will accompany the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs, on his delegations. It is important that we lobby the UK."
