Members, the practice that we have established in Parliament is that if there is a request from the Office of the Vice-President, Office of the Prime Minister or the Office of the President to be accompanied by hon. Members, then we do cost-sharing because we honour those offices. What we normally do is that we ask them to pay for the air travel and then we pay the per diem for the hon. Members who travel with them."
