    "content": "originate from this House are not Senate Bills. They are Bills for our country, initiated and sponsored by the Senate. I would be a bit hesitant to go slow on a national and constitutional obligation because I am aggrieved by somebody somewhere who is not doing their role. We must find a way of unlocking that impasse. I do not think sitting on Bills - with great respect to alternative view - or refusing to enact laws is a viable and respectable option this very senior and well informed House will take."
