I have been listening keenly to contributions made by Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki and Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. with regard to amendments. However, why should we waste time in this Committee of the Whole when we know that we cannot do much without amendments? I would like clarification from the Chair.
