    "content": "Hon. Members, I wish to welcome you back from the one month recess. It is my hope that you are well rested and rejuvenated for the remaining part of the Fourth Session. I wish to inform the House that pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.241 on pronouncement of Budget Highlights and Revenue Raising Measurers before the Budget and Appropriations Committee, the Cabinet Secretary (CS) for the National Treasury will present to the National Assembly the Budget Highlights and Revenue Raising Measures for the National Government for the Fiscal Year 2016/2017 on Wednesday, 8th June, 2016 at 2.30 p.m. In this regard, parking will be provided at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) COMESA Grounds. You are therefore requested to remove your vehicles from the former Ministers’ Parking currently reserved for the House leadership. That area is designated for a reception after the Budget Speech. Consequently, tomorrow, 8th June, 2016, all vehicles should be driven to the designated parking areas after dropping of Members at Parliament Buildings. These measures are intended to ease congestion at the Main Parliament Building. Your co-operation in this regard will be highly appreciated. Next Order!"
