Temporary Deputy Chairman, I rise to support the Chairperson’s rejection because in practice, it is obvious that when you give a definition of a word, you must have used that particular word. In this case, if the term “wetland” is not mentioned anywhere in this Water Bill, then it does not have to be introduced or defined. I support the rejection."
