Temporary Deputy Chairman, my Committee proposes that the Senate amendment to Clause 8 be rejected based on the fact that they are asking us to add the words ‘for domestic use” immediately after the words “water works” and yet, water works has been repeated severally in this clause. In essence, we do not know where to put it. Looking at all the options, it does not make sense to put that anywhere. I will seek for that amendment to be rejected."
