Temporary Deputy Chairman, I agree with the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources that for the sake of clarity and avoidance of ambiguity, it is important that we do not endorse this amendment. There is a very thin line between commercial and domestic use of water nowadays. Because of lack of clarity, we can reject this amendment."
