    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I propose that the Senate amendment to Clause 8B be rejected. The production of that water resource strategy is supposed to take five years. The Senate is saying that we also take five years to review. So, the period of time for producing the strategy will clash with the period of review. We want it to remain as passed by the National Assembly which stated that you take five years to produce a strategy and three years to review the same. The Senate amendment would be clashing with the period of time. We seek its rejection."
