    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, the Committee agrees with the proposed amendment by the Senate. The amendment is asking us to allow the county governments to approve members of the water boards that are from their county. This is in line with good practice of vetting persons proposed to this body. We support the Senate amendment."
