    "content": "The third issue which is important is the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR). From where I stand, my understanding of that project is that, once the railway is completed, it is expected that the issue of efficiency in terms of moving containers from Mombasa upwards will improve. Then, it means we do not need a lot of storage capacity in Mombasa before the containers will be moved to Nairobi. The question is: If efficiency is going to improve through the SGR, then why do we need additional capacity at KPA? You realize then that it is not clear."
