    "content": "The other issue which is important is competitive advantage. You will realize of late that Kenya, as a country, is losing competitive advantage. I have read in the daily newspapers and it has been discussed that we have lost because Uganda is going to do their own railway through Dar-es-Salaam. Rwanda is proposing to do the same which means that a lot of this traffic which we have been expecting to go through Mombasa will now be diverted to Dar-es-Salaam. So, what is the impact of this diversion? Does it not mean that, at the end of the day, a lot of that traffic will go to that port and then this additional capacity we want to provide will not even be important to this county and might never be used?"
