We cannot create laws that we are not willing to respect and have the way so that by the end of the day what people feel at one time is what they want to take. It is necessary to respect the Constitution that we worked for very many years to change. Even what we are doing here is to align these activities at the community level with the supreme law of the land, that is, the Constitution of Kenya."
