    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also echo the sentiments raised by my Chairman. As you know, we work on the Budget Policy Statement together. It is something that is passed by both Houses. If you look back at the last two years, we were not there. We did not go for a Joint Parliamentary Sitting. This year, again, we are not there. So, it is now three consecutive years. If, indeed, it is an oversight, I think it is time to correct it. If it is not an oversight and there is a problem somewhere, then it is time to address the problem head on."
