Can I have the report from the Clerks-at-the-Table? Order, have a seat. Hon. Senators, it has been a malpractice that has perpetually been on the Floor of this House. This is to all Chairpersons or those who assist them to issue statements to this House: They must be owned by the Committee and signed by the Chairperson. Usually, we have also to get copies of those statements even before you issue them on the Floor of the House. Those are the House rules. So, let us be careful on this. We are not puppets of Cabinet Secretaries, neither are we subordinate to them. We are senior. I, therefore, order the Statement to be issued on the Floor of this House by the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Land and Natural Resources tomorrow when it is properly documented. It is so ordered."
