    "content": "Building on the progress achieved thus far, the Government has further made it easier to register a company through the overhaul of the Companies Act. We have cut to a minimum the old stringent rules that once made it difficult for sole business owners to register as limited liability companies. The Government will continue to simplify and modernise business regulatory regimes, rationalise regulatory fees and other charges and eliminate regulatory and other hurdles that discourage investment."
