    "content": "The issue of ranking is very critical in setting standards. It is important that students and teachers are evaluated, so that we can know whether teachers should be promoted or not. It is also important for the students to have a spirit of competition. If there is no ranking, the spirit of competition is killed and many of the students do not even know where they belong or where their intellectual capacity falls."
