    "content": "I remember last year Members of Parliament, County Women Representatives and other people were ranked. We should not say that ranking is bad. It is always good to know what is happening or which position you are. How do you measure your performance if there is no ranking? You must evaluate yourself. Even teachers rank themselves after a lesson. They evaluate themselves to find out how they taught a lesson whether it was well done or not and then correct themselves."
