    "content": "I remember the same Hon. Member who brought this amendment Bill brought a Motion which we passed in this House. I am happy he found out that the powers that be did not take into account what this House decided and, therefore, he came up with a Bill. Once this Bill is made into law, the people who are supposed to actualise or to do what it entails will take action because it will be law."
