    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I have finally got a chance. I want to thank Hon. Chris Wamalwa in absentia because he brought a Motion on the same subject last year and he has now decided that we anchor it in law. This is because the Committee on Implementation of the National Assembly is not performing up to expectations. This is the third time I am lamenting about that Committee. This is because the resolutions we make in the Assembly are never implemented anywhere. I would wish that it ups its game. First and foremost, the reasons why ranking was stopped need to be addressed."
