    "content": "Therefore, ranking will ensure that teachers are committed, determined and measured because they will have to prove they are good in various subjects. Teachers who do well will be respected and promotion will be evident. In local schools, teachers stay there for ages and students do not perform. Remember that students who join local schools are those who did not perform well and were not admitted to national, provincial or county schools. They, therefore, attend those local day schools. How then are they going to be ranked? That is why we need to have criteria of ranking our schools."
