    "content": "We can call those examinations, appraisals or anything in any environment or set up but, at the end of the day, there will be scores. Immediately you score even at the work place, you are scoring your colleagues. We appraise workers and employees and defiantly give them grades. Immediately we grade them, we score them and give some kind of ranking. This is something we are not going to do away with and it is here to stay. The best way is to get to know how well to do it. That is the main question because we are doing it."
