(Prof.) Kindiki): Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, the Senate adopts the Report of the Rules and Business Committee (RBC) on the review of the Standing Orders laid on the Table of the House today, Tuesday, 7th June, 2016. There is a small procedural issue here. It is assumed that the Paper had been laid. However, that Order had been skipped.
