    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I had ridden on the request and sought to know why some schools in Trans Nzoia County were supplied with solar power instead of the grid power when, in fact, the said schools were not more than three kilometers away from power lines. Grid power tends to benefit the community as compared to solar power which serves only the institution. Did they buy more solar power units than was necessary? I believe that there are certain parts of the country which require solar power more than Trans Nzoia. This particularly happened in Sinyerere Ward."
