Could the Assistant Minister Table the accounts of that particular figure of money in view of the fact that the fertilizer was not eventually given to farmers for free? The fertilizer was sold! He needs to table the accounts so that the House can familiarize itself with the position of that particular account of Kshs3.57 billion."
