    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, with those few remarks, I support the Bill, noting that the Senate Committee on Information and Technology had gone through this Bill for the last three years. I do not know how it came to be a Bill from the National Assembly. The Senate leadership should help us so that we do not spend a lot of our time and brains working on documents which are later on changed to belong to the National Assembly yet the wording is the same."
