    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I beg to second. Let us support this Bill and develop our road network. As the Leader of the Majority Party said, a lot of work is being done. Of course, those of us who come from our region have been complaining. There are still complaints today, but rest assured that between 2003 and today, the road network in Kenya is not the same. It has changed. I am happy to stand here and say that I took great part in that development of our roads and what we see today are some roads which we planned during those years. With those few remarks, I beg to second."
