    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this chance to contribute to the Kenya Roads Bill. I will be brief. The spirit of this Bill cannot be underestimated. We are giving roads approximately Kshs200 billion in the 2016/2017 Financial Year Budget. This shows the importance of infrastructure. As we are aware, one of the things that President Kibaki’s administration shall be remembered for is his contribution to the road network in this country. That transformed this country."
