    "content": "We are talking of the 10,000 kilometres of road annuity programme that the Jubilee Government has already initiated. In fact, in the last couple of months, there has been a lot of activity in the commissioning of roads. They are either pretentious shows or actual commissioning of tenders towards this programme. So, there is one important component of this Bill that moving forward, we cannot underestimate the role of infrastructure in the economic growth and development in this country."
