    "content": "The other thing that we need to appreciate is the fact that moving forward, it will not be business as usual in the Jubilee Government. This is something that we need to congratulate the Government about. I am happy to hear the contributions of the Leader of the Majority Party that we have roads in North Eastern Kenya and everywhere. Roads are being constructed. If we are talking about this country achieving the two digits economic growth, this is a serious sector. The spirit is good. This Bill needs to be supported because of the role it will play towards economic growth and development of this country."
