We will only allow the Whip to walk out. Order, Hon. Members! As per our Standing Orders, the Quorum Bell has been rung for the first 10 minutes. We were debating the Kenya Roads Bill, which is very important. I request that the Quorum Bell be rung for another five minutes to see whether we can raise the quorum."
