"content": "Hon. Speaker, now that you have given Hon. Chepkong’a a chance to make the request, I agree with him and plead with you to do as he requests. Hon. Chepkong’a needs to give us an explanation. Yesterday, his Committee sent us letters, and he verbally spoke to me on there being a meeting of the House leadership and his Committee. I went to the meeting. He did not call to tell us that he cancelled the meeting. I can see the Leader of the Majority Party is nodding. It is only courteous that we deal with each other with decorum. It did not look very good."
