Temporary Deputy Speaker I beg to move:- THAT, the Motion be amended by inserting the following words immediately after the words “as indicated in the Second Schedule”– “subject to:- (i) inserting the following new sub-paragraphs immediately after the sub- paragraph (d) under further recommendations on page 39– (e) Allocate Kshs4,896,765,057 for the Recurrent Expenditures for the ‘Senate Affairs’ Programme under the vote Parliamentary Service Commission. (This is the total Budget for the Senate, the other Chamber) (f) Allocate Kshs4,985,234,943 for the Recurrent Expenditures for the ‘General Administration, Planning and Support Services’ Programme under the Vote Parliamentary Service Commission. (This money goes to the Joint Services. It pays the employees who are not within the Senate or the Kenya National Assembly payroll.
