I have made it very clear that all we have done is that we required the PSC to break down the total allocation between the Senate, the Joint Services and the National Assembly. That is what we sought to do in this. With respect to the poor services we are getting, what the Hon. Member raised, we spent about an hour with the PSC. We complained at no small length that the services the Members are getting are way below par. We have summoned the PSC to come and meet the Budget and Appropriations Committee on your behalf. I am not sure whether that will be enough. We might need a Kamukunji because there are issues that we really need to sort out. I went further and called the Chairman of the PSC himself. I asked him to take note of the fact that Members are complaining that the services they are getting are way below per. I have nothing to say other than that presentation."
