    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I will not take much time. Indeed, this is an issue that came to me this morning. When I looked at it seriously and critically, I thought that an education project is extremely important for this county, especially going to the people of Turkana and being the first public university in the region. I thought it was a good idea. I consulted a few Members and also talked to the Chair of the Budget and Appropriations Committee. We agreed that, indeed, since it is not too much money, we can recoup this money from the Supplementary Budget."
