    "content": "We have seen a more enhanced cash transfer programme for the elderly. The amount of stipends that are given to the elderly people is increasing. We have these very beautiful policies, but the implementation is more important. It beats the purpose of having these programmes, when these elderly people were staying for six months without their stipends. It is important that the elderly receive their cash on time."
