    "content": "Before I finish, I welcome the provision of about Kshs 360 million for Lekiji settlement in Laikipia, to resettle the people in Lekiji. This should be replicated to cater for people in Liki, the former Kwambuzi and Majengo in Nanyuki. Regrettably, Laikipia is left out in the Equalisation Fund. Laikipia is so much similar to Isiolo, Samburu and Narok, in terms of climate. The exclusion of Laikipia from the Equalisation Fund is not justified."
