    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to add my voice on this Report of the Budget Estimates for the Financial Year 2016/2017. I thank the Chair of Budget and Appropriations Committee. For the first time, he has incorporated the views of the relevant committees. The amendments that we brought have been incorporated into the Report. That is a good move. For the last years, we have been arguing on these issues, and at least it has worked out."
